Welcome to People Profit System (PPS)! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PPS platform, including our website, services, training, and community. By accessing or using PPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By registering for a PPS account, accessing our services, or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use PPS.
PPS is a human-focused income platform designed to empower individuals to earn income by supporting others in achieving personal, financial, and business goals. Our system leverages collective funding models (like ROSCA/Ajo), leadership rewards, replication bonuses, and referral incentives. We provide training, tools, and a community to facilitate this.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use PPS. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Registration: To join PPS, you must register for an account and choose a membership tier (Leader Circle or Builder Circle). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify PPS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PPS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one PPS account.
Activation Fee: If you opt for the initial ₦5,000 activation fee, you understand that full access to all program benefits and continued security requires payment of the remaining balance of your chosen tier after you have earned your first money within the PPS system.
Membership Fees: All membership fees for chosen tiers are one-time payments as advertised.
Non-Refundable: All payments made to PPS are non-refundable.
Earnings Structure: Your earnings within PPS are derived from structured daily contributions (ROSCA/Ajo model) that you lead, admin and leadership rewards, replication bonuses, and multiple referral bonuses, as detailed in the PPS business concept.
Income Responsibility: You acknowledge that your income potential depends on your dedication, effort, and successful application of the PPS system. PPS does not guarantee specific income amounts or timeframes.
Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes associated with your earnings from PPS, as required by law in your jurisdiction.
As a PPS member, you agree to:
All content, materials, training modules, tools, and systems provided by PPS, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of People Profit System or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any PPS content without prior written permission.
PPS may provide links to third-party websites or services (e.g., United Cercle, Payman.ng, social media networks). These are provided for your convenience. PPS does not endorse or control these third-party entities and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
PPS provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PPS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the services or any content. PPS does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless People Profit System, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
PPS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of PPS after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
PPS may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
